first they need to decide on jackz or amanek
jackz is an entry while amanek is a support. jackz recently was playing very poorly honestly and both of them are the weakest links of the team.
then you have kanny who honestly I still think can get better and a bit closer to who he used to be.

Pros: Insane firepower, good chance to win eco rounds with just deagles, entry with amazing first bullet accuracy
Cons: Communications, inconsistent (as an entry fragger, he's expected to put up numbers, but lately he's playing poorly), cannot awp effectively
With amanek
Pros: Amanek-10 (this dude can dismantle a team on full buy with just an smg), amazing support player, can also be a secondary awper/entry (with him, you could say that G2 is a complete team)
Cons: Inconsistent (sometimes he's at the top, sometimes he's at the very bottom), aim (prone to whiffing)
Firepower or team chemistry? I honestly have no idea either

Whoever they pick, they'll be sacrificing something. I wish they would stay as a 6 man roster, then just switch depending on their opponents' playstyle, but meh you can't get everything I guess

honestly the teams success depends a lot on mezzi's future and how it turns out. They lack that true superstar in the team. They have a good IGL, a great awper, massive entry, but they lack the player to lift them to stardom.
