We have no IGLs here in Poland, everyone just pretending as Niko does. Also i think we really dont have good structure, the support role is pretty much denied by majority of polish teams (expect AGO whos really got decent utility). I heard rumors that Penta was about to make Polish roster team but i dont know how it went out eventually

Lack of good leadership and organizational skills. That's true not only regarding cs but in many other fields as well. Many talented people but just we can't stand each other. There will be no other guy that would hate a Pole more than the other Pole. Sad but it is what it is, we lost our intelligentsia during the war and werent able to rebuild it during the communist era fully. You may give poland 10 more years to catch up in this case, it a very slow process.
