I played it and was underwhelmed if anything. You take 7 years to deliver this BS!

The game is definitely below expectations for me but it's still quite fun. The missions and story are great. The story is only short (~15 hours) if the only thing you do is the main storyline. There are a bunch of side stories which are just as interesting which add in another 20+ hours. As for the driving, i'm fine with it though it took some time to get used to it. However, driving in first person is impossible for me; can't even see the road in front and sometimes all you see is light. I agree with the police spawning being absolute garbage, same with the stupid NPCs crouching all the time and dodging to be in front of my vehicle. Also a little pissed about the fact there is essentially 1 romance option if you decide to be non-bisexual and there's not much you can do with your partner once you finish the questline. Expected the trailers and gameplay footage to just scratch the surface of what the game had to offer but it turns out it was a giant chunk of the game... so yeah... underwhelming. Still, this game fairs pretty well compared to other games released in recent years. EDIT: Also expected the buggy launch. They were deadset on Nov 19th which meant things had to be really unpolished for them to delay it even further. Dec 10th? No way they can get a polished game in that short period of time.

1. Driving is fine 2. AI/NPC does have an issue and needs an overhaul 3. i have 50 hours on the game and im still on act 2. 30 hour main story is fine 4. no fun activities ? There are plenty of spots to explore and many gigs and fun events that happen (scripted or not) 5. input lag? There's none. You just didn't open the control panel and went to advanced to change the "bonus movement" Your fault for being low iq 6. There are bugs and glitches. Personally I don't get too many, just some T posing and loot that can't be picked up. Those are easily patcha-able and will be addressed. 7. You play on hard and very hard then it's all about stats. I play on very hard and have good guns because i explore and level up. That's the main focus of Health Bar, the damage you do. Utilize your abilities better. 8. Yeah no shit. Normal = Easy that's the whole point. Normal was always in any game for experiencing the story rather than try-harding the game. 9. Keybinds work fine. Just re-binded some keys. What are you on about? 10. Back to #2 - While they need an overhaul there's barely any use to Police anyway, you're not a criminal and you don't commit any crimes other than killing NPC's. They should just make them not spawn on top of you, that's it. 11. Maybe, some will run away some will panic, it varies but I don't get your point. While the game has many bugs and problems due to being rushed by share-holders to release on holiday. This game well deserves the 60$ price point if you're fine with a few bugs along the way. Edit#1: The game has been only developed for 4 years by the way, if you didn't know.

People demand them to release when they said they would. Their problem was to announce it in 2012 and still don't have a polished product in end 2020.

main story is like 15 hours, terrible for an rpg and i dont care about your excuses "they listened to consumers" because its not true, a couple people crying on the forum doesn't represent "the consumers"

In GTA games the story is a secondary part to me. So, yes, these issues are real killers.

Dude they said it would be as polished as RDR2. This game is a complete joke. Bad AI. Bad Cop AI. Short story. Barely any world interactivity. Not enough side content to make up for the short story. Driving is awful. Terrible inventory management. Glitches and bugs. Terrible optimization. I could go on and on and on.
