If you asked me there should be 2 or more top 20. Let me explain. As you know this has been a crazy year for everyone including CS world. There has been only a few LANS and only 4-5 of them has been top tear. Since march we have been enjoying online cs.As we know online cs is a mess, there has been a game-changing bug that some of the teams used.My ideas are:
Make a LAN top 20 or make a top 20 based on the region (something like top 20 NA, EU, CIS and ext) or dont even make a top 20.

lan top20 makes literally no sense since there was only 1 big event...na/eu/cis ranking would make sense tho

i won't be surprised if there's no top 20 this year, but it is kind of hard to make one for 2020 so I won't be too upset either.
