I signed in through steam cause i didnt remember my older account password, won money, and got locked out of the account, (im guessing because of some "suspicious" activity since i technically had 2 accounts but only used 1 at a time??)
now the account is blocked and i cant access my money wtf do i do, i contacted support but not expecting much. Anyone had the same problem?

No, but since they usually not operate with large ammounts (5000$+) they will not care about any complaints since its does violate part of the rules.
since its not a ammount that can take affect up to filling for lawsuits there should not be any consequences and thats how most of the sites work
you can even try to lawsuit directly to goverment of the islands where its located but since they are corrupted they'll reject it
thats the truth of minor casino providers, they will do anything to make as much money as possible by finding any violation or cracks in the rules, that they already set up in his favour

nah i didnt use any promotions either, its literally just 2 accounts using the same credit card. I contacted their support and they got back and i will apparently have an identity verification soon, so i hope that will work well and i can get my money back, but i aint gonna go near that site ever again lol
