Tokyo ghoul deathnite and steins gate. Fuck my phone
Fuck all of those shows, only attack on titan, jojo, and fucking Fullmetal alchemist are good. All those other bullshhit crappers of shows are CANCER
+1 the german anime guy will be here shortly watch out
try cowboy bebop or promised neverland they are intrestink
Try Jojo, very strange anime but i like it
Try School Days, very good mens)))
death note is poggers, other two are hot garbage
you are definitely starting out on the wrong shit, just do something casual and easy to watch like a studio ghibli movie, i find it really difficult to hate any of their movies
except ponyo, ponyo fucking sucks
Steins gate is the only one that is "weird" imo but I still enjoyed it
anime is keeping me alive
if you want animes that treat like an adult, watch attack on titan, dorohedoro, jojo, HxH
movies: ninja scroll, vampire hunter D: bloodlust
Not watching anime for 1+ year, so can't recommend anything that decent from my memory.
SAO is probably the mainstream no one would watch already.
Most of my seen animes were isekai's because that was a trend.
One Punch Man is a good comedy (not the season 2 though).
No Game No Life is a comedy also.
You can watch Barakamon, and Handa-kun (can't name it like the season 2).
But if you don't like the comedy, then sorry I can't recommend anything else.
There are so many talented japanese writers/mangakas, buy they insist on adapting great stories for the taste of anime/weeb community, their fanservice is so repetitive and dumb. Creators should target adult/mature audience only.
why would you force yourself to watch that shit? 12yo kids, virgins and asien guys watch that shit, noone else cares
i cant stand the stupid gasping noise that female VAs make in anime so i just watch the ones with nothing but dudes, like jojo’s bizarre adventure.
also yakuza 0 is like a good anime with none of the shit parts. what a great game!
if u don't watch anime normally try out full metal alchemist brotherhood or violet evergarden
both insanely good
try watching ping pong the animation
less of the weird weeb shit and more quality in story telling, character development, and exposition
Like many others in this thread have said Attack on Titan is one of the best animes for people that dont usually watch anime. Great story with actual fulfilling answers to mysteries set up early in the show. The premise may look cliche - huge monsters eating humans - but it is so much more than that.
Unrelated question for the anime experts: Does crayon shin chan count as an anime
I used to enjoy watching that when I was younger
Look these up f something catches your eyes try it monster, 20th century boy, angel densetsu, mob psycho, one punch man, samurai champloo, cowboy bebop, slam dunk (sports basketball), uchuu kyoudai, baccano and parasyte overall if you have no problem watching the animations you just have to look. plenty of different things out there.
Who told you to start with those? They're prob worst ones to start.
Maybe try movies like your name or silent voice first. Only takes about one and half hour and piques some interest. Try these and then maybe your opinion changes.
Who the fuck told you to watch those? Imagine starting of with those...
Holy fuck, I thought hltv was just full of gaming nerds, and it sucked already.
I started watching anime like week ago and i asked friend what should i watch first to get into that and he advised me Death Note. I liked it so fucking much so now i started watching steins;gate, just like u
You clearly watched the wrong anime
Tokyo Ghoul's anime adaptation is pure shit. Better read the manga while listening soundtracks from anime.
shigatsu wa kimi no uso
sakurasou no pet
shokugeki no souma
watch berserk, only for true alpha men
try dangaronpa its really good
If you watched western cartoons/movies/series your whole life and know nothing about Japanese culture/mentality of course you will need some time to get used to anime or Asian movies.
Also you picked wrong anime for beginner.
Watch kaguya sama. Nichijou. Prison school. Grand blue. Violet evergarden.
>watches 3 anime
>Can someone explain to me what do people find so apealing for animes?
Watch Elfen Lied or Junji Ito Collection
I dont understand either, I love dragon ball z, but thats because I grew up watching it on TV, outside that I have no reason to start an anime I never seen, and I woudnt watch DBZ nowdays too
as we have so many series/movies, I cant understand why so much ppl love animes and shit lol
Why? Death note is :PogChamp:
You should watch some fun stuff not the most overhyped generic shit you can find
The real question is why is your name Keyser Söze but you have a Bulgarian flag?
To be fair, Steins;Gate is really confusing at the start, but it's a fantastic show imo. Death Note and Steins;Gate are two of my favourites, Tokyo Ghoul isn't bad either. Maybe anime just isn't for you, but there are others to try out; Attack on Titan, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and Hunter x Hunter are really popular and well-received ones that I personally approve of. Just look up the premise and decide whether they sound potentially interesting.
Try the Great Pretender (very underrated anime), Attack on Titan, and The Promised Neverland. None of the weird stuff many people hate about animes in any of these. Just great stories all around. I absolutely love Steins;Gate, but it is very slice of life heavy in the first half. Turns into an incredible story later on, but I can understand why some people might not fancy it. Tokyo Ghoul supposedly has a terrible anime adaptation from the manga, so steer clear of that.
Before going into steins/gate and such just start with beginners anime:
-Vinland Saga (action/vikings)
-Attack on Titan (action/epic)
-The Promised Neverland (thriller)
-You Lie in April (music)
All pretty good.
I felt disgusted the short time i spent trying to watch anime. You described it perfectly, just like i would.
No doubt in my mind that beginning to watch anime at a young enough age could scramble someone’s brain some way, the more weird animes anyway.
try reading the manga, i read death note manga but i can't stand the anime. with manga u can read at ur own pace, with anime sometimes it feels a bit too slow
I like the weird faces and over the top reactions tbh
i can understand your feelings as your pick for first titles to watch was not so good. SteinsGate is one of the best animes for me, but i think it would be hard to watch this one as one of the first titles when anime is strange thing to you. Try to watch Haikyuu, as one of realistic animes and mb if you like it, then mb u will get used to anime stylistics. Also can advice Kaiji, but this one have very strange drawing
Mb u should start not from series but from full-length films as Shape of voice, Your name
Imagine watching anime what a freak
Only hentie is watchable
Only hen tie
Cowboy Bebop, Golden Boy and Ghost in the Shell ... watch these, you will love Animes
