BFV if you want to wreck some EU plebs and get wrecked by lagging 150-500ms chinese *****. OW if you want "insta" ban for being toxic for merely pointing out that your teammate should stop throwing abd switch to something more useful. BlackSquad if you want to try P2W version of CS - imho the game had potential as the mechanics are OK-ish but the management made sure that it will never succeed. BF3/4/1 -cheap 64p games that are still alive. PlanetSide2 if you like grinding or have a very large credit limit on your master card. Hunt Showdown if you like slow, cheesy games.

Balance is fine although there are a bunch of shity operators there are enough good ones on the same level so you can have some difference in lineups. MM itself is fine with matching you with similarly skilled players ofc there are the glitches and shit, but there is like a close cheater every few games in plat-diamond. Close cheaters aren't hard to kill too because of the high kill time and bigger heads because of closer combat. On defense playing against wallhackers is sometimes better than normal players because they are super aggresive and they can easily just walk into frost maps or get peeked by someone hiding behind a deployable shield.
Play quick play until you can play unranked. Quick play has a lot of maaps not in the comp pool and tons of rushers and shit where the rounds are too short to actually learn anything. But in unrannked people actually have some form and play "smart".

after the invitational which will be a LAN in febuary the esports will be aliive again.
It's hard to decide because unlike other games r6 preminium actually changes the game experience, but i'll give you what they both have
Normal:
it's cheaper but you're going to get bullied or trolled on in your first games of quick play when you have to play recruit. I got the game right around christmas so I got a free operator for their christmas. You def should grind the 1000 operators first then find who you like and who your interests are.
Meta wise the best operators you should get out of the 1000 are zofia Hibana Ace vigil melusi kaid
Premium:
costs more but you get all the operators. You might lose some fun because you skipped the progression system. You should try and learn the ops I wrote above first, but you should always play who you want and not just follow a meta because you're playing games for fun in the end.

Titanfall 2 - Dead game, but the best feeling FPS I've ever played.
Modern warfare | Full of campers and has horrible map design, but the gunplay was amazing.
Star Wars : battlefront 2(2017) | Decent game despite the scandals.
Rogue company | basically 3rd person CS. plays like fortnite.
Arma 3 | Military sim full of larpers, not very fun, but the map is huge.
Insurgency : sandstorm | Tactical fps, kind of like Arma if it had cod maps and less role-players
Rising storm 2 : Vietnam | more realistic than Cod but less realistic than arma.
Rust | Survival game so getting a gun takes forever, but gun fights feel ok.
Escape from Tarkov | Full of cheaters and bugs. Not fun at all.
Quake Champions | Not as good as older quakes, but is still fun. kind of dead though.
Ark : Survival Evolved | awful game, but it is fun with friends.
War thunder | Not an fps and is full of microtransactions, but its still pretty fun.
Overwatch | Only good for griefing.
Team fortress 2 | Never changes, but is still really good.

Valorant is very good. Solid 9/10. I've played every day until Riot banned me for incitement of violence. I just reported Biden for cheating and got a ban myself
Team Fortress 2, the aspects of the game are high skill. Don't judge the skill ceiling off of pubs because that would be stupid. Things like movement/jumping/etc are very diverse but requires a much higher sensitivity compared to cs:go. You don't have to use a higher sensitivity but since playing tf2 to csgo, my sensitivity is way too high.
CS is the best one, but if you didn't like it you either don't like skill (in that case play COD), or you don't like shooters

Dude i love everything about it.
The art style, the content, the tense moments where you are surrounded within a compound and have to try to escape with the bounty. Or hunting the bounty of off other hunters.
It's extremely well balanced aswell which is a big plus.
I never get annoyed when i die because if i do it's my fault 99% of the time.
Will mos def play it tonight when i get home from work. :)

Team Fortress 2 - Still servers online to play this.
Killing Floor 2 - Fun to play with friends, it is mostly a zombie shooter, though.
Quake 2 - I have no idea if people still play this, but it is one of the best online-shooters ever made. Try Champions if you like Quake.
Call of Duty: Cold War - It is pretty much as you'd expect this plays out, but it can still be fun. There is currently a "Season: One" available to play.
Valorant - If you like CS mechanics with powers that you can use, you will probably find this fun.
