Sure, I think it originates from how football fans refer to their local team as “we” because they feel like it is their representation in football. Of course like you said they have not contributed to the player’ achievements whatsoever. this doesn’t really carry on in esports because Cloud9 in this scenario is a world wide organisation and represents many regions like with the London Spitfires in Overwatch and their LCS team in NA.

There is no problem with saying "we" when you are representing your team. Fans DO help the team, whether you wanna admit it or not. Just because a fan says "we" for their team, it doesn't automatically mean that they're taking a player's accomplishments either, you're childish if you think like that. Using "we" is acceptable by most people's standards.

Using "we" when referring to the team you represent is okay and socially acceptable, and a LOT of people agree with that. You don't get to tell people what they can and can't do just because you don't like it. Fuck off and grow a brain.
If someone wants to say that they're a part of the team because they're a fan of that team then they can, and you have no right to take that away from anyone.
Now keep your opinion to yourself because no one else gives a fuck.

I am not forcing people to change their opinion, and for some people that makes sense, I can keep this opinion to myself, but I decided to comment because it was with what he said. I am not against feeling like 'part of the team' but, the truth is that you aren't part of a team.I can see why that comment came of that way, and I am sorry. I just personally feel one way about this, and I don't want to negatively affect others with this small issue. You feel like you are and that is okay. I don't feel that way though.

Thanks for your apology, and your understanding of how opinions work. Most people nowadays don't. And I know you aren't a part of the actual team that plays, but fans are a part of the community of that team. Which in my eyes, is no different than the team. One cant exist without the other. Bntet is beast and these guys would fit him perfect. bntet can help igl, he can awp, he can entry, support, lurk. So overall he is good fit. And for c9 I dont think he would change much in them. They are decent looking if they add awper like smooya, acor. They will be easily top10-13. But the only problem I see in them is alex(his igling skills). He was good in vitality cause zywoo carried his ass. But now there is no zywoo, so it will intersting to see how he igls, but he has es3tag to help him.

EXTREMUM is a more proven core than Cloud9 and BnTeT played against them in Oceania a lot when they were still Renegades so he probably knows them better than most of the C9 guys. 100T/Renegades were a tier 1 team before COVID and after COVID they still got to be the team that loses to FURIA in the finals twice. Also it probably wouldn't make a lot of sense to pick up BnTeT instead of another AWPer for Cloud9. This team has a lot of potential in EU, they've been trapped practicing against tier 3/4 teams for awhile and now they can hopefully get being in their top form with the move to EU.

it doesnt make sense to me either, jks and bntet together would have been sick but that lineup without jks but with bntet probably wont be better than any previous versions. bntet is a tier 1 player, he could be a top 5 player imo with the right lineup.
