Poland after the great shuffle (most likely not lol, I guess we just need to wait for the next generation of players)

Poland were big, they are not a coming up region.

they were big with 1 core of players that was fairly old at the begining of GO there are new young players coming from poland like dycha and they can put poland back on t1 map. something simmilar happened to france with zywoo, misuuta, nivera for example...

Poland lacks older players which could lead with experience. For some reasons none of the squads including old VP is good or at least decent. Polish CS is dead and is going to remain dead for a another 5 years at least.

You are wrong tho. Sucessfull CIS teams have only young IGLs (Chopper, boomich, jame, 23, 22 , 22) And they can call without bigger problems. AleksiB also player that is really good at calling and he was good at it against t1 teams without much t1 XP. So deffinetly wrong there and if you think that you cannot have XP because you play lower tier tournaments like wisla, ago, iluminar , avez were doing than please explain how did broky have XP when he joined faze? Or how did mantu have any? not to mention, byali and snax are still active, dycha and snatchie have plenty of t2/t1 XP. I am not saying that polish cs is going to boom right now but 5 years is completly wrong. You could have stable top30 full polish squad composed today and stable top20/15 team that is complexity lvl strong within year. 5 years is exaggeration.
2021-01-14 00:04

What does IGL has to do with experience on T1 scene? Why do you even come up with IGL? Broky had plenty of experienced players to back him up, so did mantuu. Polish scene does not have any experience on t1 past three years, and it is not going to have any for another 5 at least. This generation of players you speak about has already plenty of time to establish some team that would compet on the level of t1/t2 and yet it did not happen. Why is that every decent Polish player is running away from Polish team? Few examples: Michu, Dycha, Snatchie, Innocent. Mantuu did not even consider playing in Polish team, and Michu had an interview in which he specifically said that he was learning English in order to join international team. Polish CS dead

"older players which could lead with experience" You know since In game LEADER leads thats what IGL has to do with leading. And also by your logic Ukranian CS is dead since only player who has xp from UA from t1 who is still in the scene is s1mple. Point in case is ence. If you think Ence was good because of Allus XP and not aleksis structure and calls and talented players than i have nothing more to say to you.

Leadership !== IGL
2021-01-18 21:29

Nah thats exactly what IGL does he leads. Thats why zeus was better IGL than boomich, he didnt just call he lead. And some people are natural leaders. Its their personality and other traits that makes people follow them with confidence. And you can have this without XP. ofcourse it help i never denied this. But its matter of talent and work (something like BlameF is doing for example) . And thats why i disagree you cannot doom polish scene on "lack" of XP when clealry thats not deciding factor.
2021-01-19 01:34
"michu doesnt want to be in polish team" hltv.org/matches/2346165/styldunow-vs-ga.. Only polish player you mentioned currently not in polish team is dycha.

Well it depends on region but mostly languague. You can have region of central europe and have like 4 different scenes and than have Scandinavia which is 2 scenes and than Rusiia and Ukraine and Kazakhstan together which is 1....

Yeah either SInners go big or they shit the bed, nothing in between, last chance basically. Tomorrow match against Dignitas, after that Hellraisers and Grand Final - Gambit. I'm hopeful if they win this event - they'll make it into Top 30 soon.

Not really the "next big csgo country" but a country that has evolved A LOT in 2020 is Romania, more people take CS more serious, and the money u'd get from CS here has increased, so maybe we'll see some big things from Romania in the next years!
2021-01-13 19:30

Its not going to happen though. Its like Belgium and France / Ukraine and Russia. Closest we got was Orgless before they went to valorant. I was hoping Liquid would drop stewie2k or nitr0 for Wardell back then. Could you imagine Canada flag Liquid? Would have been fucking nice))))
2021-01-13 20:47
will take approximately 4-7y for valorant to die because valorant VR will be out, on the forefront of game innovation and esports
