At League of Legends, for example, flamengo is managed by other company called Simplicity. That means Fla esports is an organization which is looking for money, isnt one like FURIA that wants to give everything to help their players, they care about everypoint about their team, and with this gap between the real organization(fla) and the organization which is managing(simplicity) and ex-mibr lineup, i guess it can be tough for players.
Moreover, taking Team Liquid as a example.. its a consolidated org that achieved max level of comfort and development.. And fla esports? They have literally nothing in all terms(like a training falicity, experience on how CSGO works)..
So it will be Flamengo, that has a division for esports called FLA Esports and this last one is managed by other company.. Its a huge gap, i guess this can generate some kind of problems
Last reason is FLA isnt a well supported team.. Only fla fans like them(even tho they have a huge crowd/fan base), on the other side, the remainder people hates them
