I think that as well I would say Oskar is the IGL from what Ive heard, but Im not sure. I think they have a solid shot at top cs.

I think they know they are past their prime but want to continue playing as long as they can. I think they're all aware that they're never going to win a major ever again and are pretty much in retirement at this point. No such thing as a paycheck stealer. If Dignitas want to cut him they can. Let him do what he loves and try to save some money for retirement.
