You tell me renegades has higher chance at tier 1 than this mouz ?

I don't doubt dexter's ability. Sure he's got firepower and Sico + INS are strong players, but Renegades are not an AU all-star team, yet they're still in a league of their own. That's to a large part down to solid leadership.
Under karrigan I've always felt like mouz's biggest strength was tactical rather than strong firepower, but if dexter and acoR replace karrigan and chrisJ, they won't need as big a tactical advantage since they have more firepower to work with. ropz, acoR, dexter, frozen and Bymas is a really strong roster individually, so dexter won't have as much pressure as an IGL. I think that will work in his favor.
As for Renegades, I listened to dexter on Confirmed, and they spoke about AU players. They said there's a handful of players who could make it into tier 1, but the vast majority are just aimers. J1rah was one of the few they mentioned as a future candidate, and him being a young IGL I can definitely see RNG picking him up if dexter leaves.

That's a question we've pretty much already seen in 2020 with c0ntact, Envy, Gen.G and Chaos. SHiPZ, EspiranTo, rigoN, Snappi, Spinx, ottoNd, Thomas, Calyx, MICHU, koosta, autimatic, BnTeT, leaf, Xeppaa, vanity, Jonji, MarKE - all of them A-class players capable of doing real damage at the top step of the scene. And as we have seen and will see, life finds a way. Some probably will never make it to tier 1. Some of them will be forced to swap to Valorant. But some still will be able to get tier 1 opportunities, like Xeppaa on Cloud9, BnTeT on EXTREMUM etc. And I'm sure we'll see a large part of the remaining players also picked up somewhere.
Question is what would happen if mouz don't get dexter when karrigan leaves. What are their other options? MSL? He's decent but I have more faith in dexter in terms of developing that team. Or what happens to dexter if he doesn't take the mouz offer? Stuck in AU for the rest of his career? He's 26, and my general rule of thumb is that when a player clocks over to the age of 27, that's when teams stop being interested generally speaking. This could be his only tier 1 opportunity, why shouldn't he take it?

He should take it if he gets the opportunity. That’s a fantastic chance for him, definitely worthy. But on the flip side he won’t be stuck in AU because renegades qualify for big events and boot camp EU, which isn’t a bad opportunity if mouz falls through. And it’s also better than sitting in tier 2 Europe if they don’t succeed.

Is it confirmed RNG will bootcamp in EU? I know they're scheduled to play the Kato play-in but I thought the pandemic would put a stop to that.
I honestly gotta say that I don't think RNG could become a consistent tier 1 team by EU standards. Right now I'd place them somewhere around the top 20-mark, on a level similar to Chaos, GODSENT/FPX or Gambit. And I honestly don't think they can reach any higher than that.
dexter however, as an individual, is tier 1 material.

Won't lie I expected more transfers this year. It's kinda slow considering events are back as a soon as january 20th. Players from FPL or players on the transfer list aren't given offers. Some talents from FPL like d0cc tried their chances in lower tier teams at the beginning of 2020 but most disbanded with covids and they aren't given offers either. What CSGO lacks right now is both money, tournaments, TO, and Orgs who are willing to build roasters in CSGO.

Loads of orgs pulling out and I think we'll see some more orgs entering CS in 2021. Also the lower tier scene has been moving a lot, as well as the Brazilian scene. I think the tier 1 shuffles won't really get going until february/march, especially if FaZe karrigan happens. Inevitably mouz will need to pick up players (acoR and dexter are the call up now, would probably make a Danish shuffle in MAD Lions), and maybe FaZe also replace Kjaerbye, as is not impossible. I think it's just a rumour with no source, but it's not at all impossible. The most interesting thing about that move is that ropz is locked in with a new contract for mouz, so FaZe would need to add karrigan and then add one more player from outside of mouz. Twistzz?
Also don't forget EXTREMUM and FPX, BnTeT might not make the move after all and FPX are still looking for an IGL (I believe they're trying to get karrigan). koosta has been really quiet and isn't playing in the lower NA scene, so he might have something cooking. For sure autimatic/flusha/suNny will end up somewhere, and that opens up for two more spots in a team with a wide market of free agents. So I don't think we're even close to seeing all of what the 2021 transfers have to offer yet.
EDIT: Also Envy should be mentioned. Even if they *say* they might pull out of CS, they paid 2 million dollars to be Flashpoint partners and will want to stay in the game if they can. With IGLs, AWPers and a massive bunch of riflers on the free market, they can definitely build a strong squad if they want to.
