Zywoo has only more MVPs. Stats are slightly in s1mples favor especially the 0,03 lead in elite events is quite huge. If you consider team achievements it looks like HLTV favor s1mple aswell as Navi 2nd and Vitality 3rd in 2020. As you can see its very close so it just depends what they think is more important, but at this point I wouldnt be suprised who gets it since both have something in their favor.
