So i have been having stutters(feels like playing on 60hz and not 240) ingame since like the operation update but i barely played cs so i never cared to find a fix. I took some time yesterday to find a fix. Download DDU. Reboot to safe mode. Start DDU select gpu and click on the first option (top left corner) after it finished you just go into windows update and let windows download nvidia display drivers. I have version 456.71 now. Don't change any settings in nvidia control panel except this: 1) disable g-synch 2) obviously change to 240hz if it isn't already on 240hz 3) 3d-settings: leave everything as it is except low letancy mode: ultra and vsync off and maximum performance game feels buttery smooth now like it used to be
