idk mate, one of the tags on steam for it. edit - how can shadow of war and assassins creed be RPG if bioshock isn't?

Infinite it's not even as immersive as first Bioshock, it became just a linear shooter, but i can't say that i dislike it, it's way more joyable to shoot in Infinite than in Bioshock 1. if people think that RPG is only about upgrading weapons and tonics, well then they are stupid

I haven't played others so i'll take your word for it. But assassin's creed especially, like bioshock infinite, is a fixed story line with a set character. Not even character creation in it. If that is classified as RPG I'd classify infinite as an RPG too.

I presume you are talking about Valhalla and Odyssey? I haven't played them, but i know they have action-rpg features like dialog system with few options, yah it's poor made, but still, skill tree+both games are set in open world. It's not even close to classic RPGs like Fallout or divinity, but yeah, you may consider them as action-rpg. Infinite on the other hand is just a shooter. The only way to upgrade your health, mana or shield is by finding special bottles. Almost every non-battlefield or call of duty FPS game gives you opportunity to upgrade your weapons tho. I don't know, it's like saying that Wolfenstein New series is RPG because you can obtain new skills doing various tasks like, kill 10 enemies using grenades or kill 15 enemies without gaining attention.

If you don't mind about graphic, u should try star wars: knights of the old republic 1 and 2. The storyline is dope, the ending is based on your actions and looting and scouting parts are quite on point.

SWTOR, technically an mmorpg but playing the story solo is really fun, and if you play solo, there is little reason to pay any money, so it's free and has no risk

Im gonna give u a bunch and put the best at the top. Check steam store page or youtube for gameplay, im mostly just name dropping. mass effect series jade empire (Underrated, exellent game, classic bioware) star wars knights of the old republic dragons dogma (Hidden gem) fallout new vegas dragon age series dark souls series, bloodborne. (Highly recommended) south park the stick of truth (sequel good also but not as good) the legend of zelda breath of the wild, recommend the entire series -skyward sword. greedfall fallout 4 nioh middle earth shadow of mordor assassins creed origins, maybe even valhalla alpha protocal (basically james bond RPG)

Dragon Age: Origins (absolutely fantastic unlike the ones that followed) Mass Effect 1-3 (updated versions are coming in few months) Disco Elysium (if you want something more "traditional") Fallout 3/New Vegas/4 (universally loved but can be hit or miss)

there is this one awesome old rpg that noone knows about it especially nowadays. Vampire the masquarade blodlines 2. Check it out, you won't be disappointed, graphics is a bit rusty, but if you like rpg then graphics is probably not the main reason why you play the game in the first place

Yeah, I already finished them all, sad to know the next one is without batman, only robin, nightwing etc. I asked for RPG, but any good single player is always welcome, just like I've finished all resident evil, alien isolation, tomb Raiders.
