Problem is that nukes are more of a negative form of battle i.e. making sure the other side does not nuke you. They are a ultima ratio. Conflicts nowadays would be similar to the Armenia-Arzebaijan one.

USA > China (will be equal in 20 years tho) > Russia > UK > Germany (as potential/capacity to build one) > Japan > France > Korea > India (pure quantity, no quality) > Turkey.

They might be able to build a bigger army but the quality and experience of new troops will be rather shit compared to serving members.

Depends on what you count as most powerful army. if UK had a war in say next to china we would get destroyed. but if we had war anywhere in world that is not very close to china we would prob win. We don't have the most troops but we have great supply lines and ways to deploy troops over seas.
China and Russia have big arms but no way to supply them if they are far away. Russia Navy is kinda trapped by the UK. Due to location

Military strength is deceiving. If a war broke out between Iran and Germany the outcome is obvious, although Iran is ranked 1 place above.
Doubt there is any points going for intelligence, cyber military power and alliances. And doubt there is a big enough consideration for lets say an army with 50 mig-21's vs an army with 30 F-16's.
In conclusion list is shit there are countries on that list there that if a war started between them and a country ranked 30 they would get rekt hard
im pretty sure that every guy that is like 18-20 years old has to serve in millitary for a bit and they have epic technology
