Happens the other way around just as much. Dropping is normal teamplay that even casual matchmaking players do. The way they play is selfish. S1mple always gets baited and only gets out because he's so good.

thats the complete opposite actually, Zywoo has better stats, rating, adr, kast, better rating on playoffs, better opeing kill rating, better pistol ratinf better clutch rating etc... despite being a total normal player for vitality in his role, flashing more for his team than for him, baiting for his team8, playing with usp while others has ak and deagle etc... this never happens with S1mple who will always get drop in every round by his team8 and flashing for himslef etc... and just baiting to farm his kda. Moreover, S1mple is only playing rotation giving him a tons of free kills while zywoo plays way harder position like B FIX or Entry fragger on t side + Zywoo plays wy less awp than s1mple and so farm way less than him. To conclude zywoo has way more mvp but even if he would have the same number he would still be top1.

Everyone always says how Vitality is built completely around ZywOo, and I've never seen him support his teammates. S1mple isn't a baiter, he gets baited by his teammates and just because he's good he's expected to get out of difficult situations, which he does many times. I've heard casters say so many times that S1mple is both the star player as well as the support of his team because he's the only one who consistently helps others in Na'Vi with utility. It's like you saw both teams play and then swap exactly what you saw. Though neither ZywOo nor S1mple is a baiter, they both seems like generally good teammates.
