fake pic, also blamef would never complain about things like that, his hand could be about to fall and he'd keep pretending nothing is happening. If you're a lumberjack i kinda get you, but complaining about numb hands when you're gaming too much is just way too gay
Exercise at least once a week, a bit of jogging is more than advised. Eat properly. Sleep at least 8 hours a night (and I truly mean a night, don't go to bed at 4am), 9 or 10 if needed.
Make sure you sit at a proper chair, and keep a good posture.
Basic stuff but if you do that there's no reason for you to feel physically bad.
i used to be very active 1-2 yr back, but injury after injury came at me i just gave up. mby i should do some low intestive on joints but active stuff like uphill walking and some light jogging. good idea. physically i look very fit, so i thought i was fine rly
A bit of bicycling, or swimming (very very good for posture). It's not about being all pumped up and super strong. It's just about moving your body in different positions.
If you can swim or ride a bike or jog a bit at least once a week you will feel better.
Gotta undust the machine if you want it to last long and good
