It felt more like 51 - 49 for zywoo since vitality won so much thanks to him. But simple and whole of navi were beasting during kato so it was really close but zywoo was slightly better this year.

I will be neutral and say that both are the best CS:GO players rn, however in 2019, I will admit zywoo was better. But this year I just think S1mple was better, winning katowice and dominating the CS world up until May. Zywoo did not have that impact at katowice, in fact he became the real zywoo back in October, for me the season did not start in October, and once again to me S1mple seemed more consistent. But can we not fight and just enjoy them no-scoping the shit outta everyone

not saying that he was bad until October, but when u think of the best player, u think of someone who is insane all year long, but after nivera joined then zywoo, really went full zywoo mode, and with zywoo doing his thing, it kinda led vitality to winning some events, before nivera joined they were choking in grand finals worse than G2. So idk maybe a part of his number 1 award was because of nivera, it's not like without nivera he wouldn't be here but maybe nivera was a huge part of his and vitality's success
