Imo, he is. NaVi has had enough time to adapt to the online era, and they haven't, sometimes in close games they look disorganized and run stupid strats, or even worse change decisions with no time left.
Like electronic said in an interview - "Boomich is sensitive igl, which sometimes leads him to making stupid decisions"
I think NaVi should kick him and get a new igl, someone like jerry or jame would be ok

how long will bombl4 and flamie remain on this team? Boombl4 is one of the worst igl's in the top 20.
On inferno ct side they are bullied by every team in the scene. All the strategy on ct side is to have s1mple rotate at the site boombl4 predicts the ts will attack,and on t side their only strategy is: electronic go entry and maybe find an opening and then,s1mple pls clutch the round...
Pathetic IGL boombl4. Never takes any risks on ct side,just everyone plays like NIP 2014 all in site holding.

Not really. If something is not working on a basically consistent base then its time to change the strategy. As an IGL it is his responsibility to use his voice and his positionm. Hes a formal leader of the team who also happens to have an "intimate" knowledge about each individual, their strenghts and weaknesses and he cant afford to stay passive. CS, as basically any comp shooter, is not made for long term projects if you look at it from the individuals perspective - because players come and go. So Boomich shares the responsibility here, and Id go as far as saying that he should get most of the blame. The positive things simple says in post match interviews are nice and cool but this has been going on for quite a while

Thats the problem when you have a player carrying you as much as d1mple does... you dont see the problems where they are if you focus on one result where you are carried

it doesnt matter, even in Vitality zywoo is a star, but i often see misuta apex playing well, in Navi situation u have only 3 players play decent, and boombla and flamie are carring on the bottom i in 95% mathes , and i`m not talking about stats, in the easiest situations they cant kill, choose the best or good option what to do. boomla is bad we all know, but u cant find free IGL in CIS region, because there are not so many, and teams dont wanna sell them

There are no bad teams, just bad leaders. He’s new to top tier igl. He is a great player and I hope he keeps improving and they can get over there tactical inadequacies. As there have been games recently were it was the game plan and the overall team decisions which lost them the games and not there fragging. When you have simple dropping 30’s every game and still lose. It’s got to be some kind of leadership issue. I hope they recognise this and he improves. Good luck bro

Everytime I see navi play TT side it's all the same, wait till 20sec left and just hope that elec and s1mple get kills
Zeus used to play slow like this and it's known as navi's style, but the difference was that he was all about some plan, map control and having any idea what do to while fatty is just lost and his players just wait
IMO with some real IGL s1mple elec and perfecto trio would be unstoppable

Their won't be any igl as good as Zeus but still Navi need to change something even map pool overpass and train were their best map once now they hardly get rounds in T side its been year every team as adopted vertigo but navi is still in 2019
Do people rate him highly nowadays? Navi plays the same shit style as always and he isn’t good individually. There was a little bit hype at the beginning but it died down quite fast.

I don't know if they've done it already but first thing navi should do is fix their comms... I doubt everyone screaming over eachother is the most effective way to communicate.

there is like 4 clips of navi comms and only one of them is where all 5 players were talking at the same time, sometimes you just get too involved in the game especially in the late-round like that, I don't fcking know why people assume na'vis comms are bad based on a 30-second clip lmao

As if I've seen all clips of their comms, I'm not some die hard navi fan that watches all of their matches or something. Only clip I've seen posted is the bad comms one and that one was pretty fucking bad.

Maybe he used to make some calls in QBF sometimes. But his IGL abilities are obviously weak and he doesn't have charisma of a leader as a person. Even in his first interviews after he joined NAVI he wanted to look "confident" but it felt so faked and unnatural...

Because Jerry has proper IGL abilities and he's REALLY confident in his calls, can't say the same about Boombl4, most of his calls are pretty bad from what I saw.

I think they can easily solve this if they will understand that they can make strong team together. Biggest problem would be crazy amount of Jerry's buyout.
Yes the only team in the top 10 that feels lost and messy.
"they won katowice" it was a year ago and everyone was on fire. Otherwise 90% of the time it's simple and electronic carrying alone when the three other players have 0.80 rating.
