I always clap when im super tilted haha idk why, it's just something i always used to do subconsciously but now its a habit.
I try and figure out what causes you to tilt (ie bad teammates, bad death, not hitting shots etc) and look at that objectively. Once you've identified the thing or things causing tilt divide them into things you can and cannot control. Think less about those you cannot control, and focus on things in your control. I find in my own game it helps to think about the scenario as a whole and identify things i could have done differently/better. Confidence in your mechanics is a great to skill to have
why would you not tilt? its the best part. Now for real, i just stop using the mic unles ultra needed and kinda seeing the game in another way like, "well, we going to lose, but at least let me use this to warm up and try to do some different things to make the next one better" generally it works a little

preventing tilt is something for professionals (psychologists) but whenever I do tilt, i ask for pause, remove headset and immediatelly do something that takes my attention, like browse here, 9gag, read an article.. this works for me, maybe you should try something like this

Well, dicrease amount of - hormone of stress - cortisol. There is few tips which can make it happen : 1st go outside - sounds funny - but it's true. Close places increase cortisol. Take some tablets - quite nice works for me Ashwagandha (i dont know how it looks in germany, but in poland they sell this in suplements shops, also availible on ebay or amazon).
