drink a monster + red bull cocktail and it will fix everything

Supposedly it's the opposite.
At a reasonable dose caffeine is helping fighting against headache. (Also helps regulating blood stream and heart beat, prevents some mental diseases, stimulates the brain and cuts the feeling of fatigue). But don't drink too much of it or it's gonna be toxic and you'll lose the benefits.
One or 2 espresso a day, before 2pm, should help you without ruining your night. Remember that caffeine is still active even 10 hours after consumption (7 hours half-life of the molecule). So if you have troubles sleeping at night avoid drinking some too late. In the morning is okay.

How much?
I don't get any headaches after 400-600 mg prior to workout (not at once, there is 10-15 min breaks between each 200 mg).
Be careful.

Idk man. I pretty much live for coffee at this point. All the all nighters I've pulled, all the early classes. . .
