Write a resume showing you have never had a job before, and hand it into the place you want to work at.

Build connections on LinkedIn, and approach recruiters that you're interested in.
Make sure that your Resume lists - 1) relevant Skills you have 2) Professional Experience/Internships 3) Educational Qualifications 4) Important Certifications 5) Awards and Achievements 6) Relevant Projects that you might have done 7) Positions of Responsibility, etc. If you have achievements in the area you're applying for, it's important to curate your CV/Resume, as per the profile. Highlight the relevant stuff, and cut-off useless info.
In Computer Science fields (I know about this), there are usually world-renowned talent-search tests like Google CodeJam/Kickstart, Facebook Hackercup, ACM ICPC, TCS CodeVita, etc. If you're interested in development, perhaps GSoC is something you could try. One of my friends just got into Mozilla Open-source, though GSoC. Perhaps there's something in your field of interest too. Most companies have entrance tests in one way or the other.
Easiest way to make money is to do internships, locally. If you're a student, you could apply for TA/RA duties. The classic American way is to work at McDonalds, and stuff part-time. If you're thinking long-term however, I would suggest you to first upskill yourself to a world-class level, and then directly try the big companies.

make good resume, spend some time on it
write personal cover letter for each job you apply to, answer why you would want to work there and a bit about yourself why you would fit for that specific job
also you can try calling local places and ask if they have potential job positions open, not all workplaces have job listings visible online

if you don't have a degree best job you can find is being a waiter at a restaurant.
and i don't think restaurants needs new waiters in covid-19 so you probably will not get a job this year if you don't get lucky
