As you probably already heard, Twistzz is reportedly in discussions with FaZe. Twistzz has spent almost 4 lats years with Liquid, with mixed results. FaZe have been in trouble ever since removing their former IGL karrigan in 2018. They are set to play busy schedule as they will play 3 tournaments in 30 days (cs_summit, BLAST Spring, IEM Katowice) If the move comes to a fruition FaZe will most likely be :

rain
Kjaerbye
coldzera
broky
First of all, Twistzz is not doing well since pretty long time actually, and he is defienietly not someone that FaZe needs, I'm wondering how FaZe can make the same mistake over and over again. Honestly imo. FaZe should just rebuild this lineup around coldzera and broky. Building it up on this duo would be much better than trying to fix something that is totally broken. I would take some good support player with some experience, I think rmn would be a good choice, I think this guy deserves a chance to play at a higher level. I would also take lolipop21k to this team, he has been showing great firepower, and I think it would be nice to have him. As the leader I would trial Spiidi, I really think he can lead well, and I think it could work. So my FaZe roster would be :

FaZe overall should trial some new players that are playing well on T3 scene, Trialing those players would be better than buying washed up players for 100 of thousands of dollars because they were good at some point.

They are looking for an igl so they're not making a mistake. If twistzz comes its either going to be 6 man lineup or they are going to kick someone. Most likely kjaerbye and I dont like that really.

Great, now NiKo is gone, and what do they do ?
Get another fragger which is twistzz, who btw, is in his worse form.
And karrigan, which is good, but keep in mind, he had so many prime players in 2017 with NiKo, rain, guardian and a good olof and never had a proper era and was top 1 for like a couple of months at the end of the year.
Now he will have a sub 1 rating twistzz, washed up rain and cold and a 0.9 impact rating awper broky.
And karrigan himself is getting old, is almost past it and his strats never work for more than half a year.
So was it really NiKo's fault ?

It also happens really rarely that players who have been bad for many years and never good, suddenly become good. Referring to your trio rmm, spiidi and lollipop. Guys have been around close to eternity and still suck. No reason whatsoever why would they all of a sudden turn good.

Twistzzz has been top Fragging fpl almost everytime he plays. Could be him try harding since he's in EU, but he's hitting really sick shots. He'll be a great addition IF karrigan is joining.

if u can have Both Twistzz and Rain as Entrys on the T-side i should hard task any teams to hold sites, i whould also have Karrigan in the late rounds he can clutch,Broky its super Clutch also, cold be it from time to time so its a solid lineup, but idk how much FaZe are willing to spend on there Roster, if they can get Ropz, its Like when they Got Olof and GuardiaN, the expection is high, sky high from the communty

I mean, ropz is "less valuable" than niko, if niko is 1,5 mil ropz is between 1,2 mil 950k. Not a lot less valuable than niko but just a little bit. Niko is 23yo and have been already in top 15 and top 5 multiple times in the hltv player ranking, while ropz is 21 and has to reach his peak (if he can get better)

twistzz was forced into a supportive role after the addition of grim.
his skill as a hard entry and clutch player on certain maps is undoubtedly high enough to be a great addition to any team that's currently looking for that type of player
