I think they should be punished, anything else?
i think its weird having it in the background through, not sayiing they should be punished but i dont understand
Unless they find evidence of them using it to streamsnipe like mibr they should be fine
Their coach can see the stream at any moment and so as anyone else sitting in the room. I at least think they should be warned but idk why they haven't yet.
flair == biased opinion
useless thread 0/8
Yeah, they also have half of France in their room who can easily relay information. Don't think that they are cheating but their whole set up there makes it way too easy top be sketchy. Only players and coach should be allowed in the room, also phones and any outside communication should not be allowed (unless it's an emergency).
Online cs era is a joke though. All this dodgy stuff + lag issues and the worst thing is that It's easy to igl when the coach is doing it for you (let's see apex igl on lan lmao). Need lan back.
Double standards is not cool dude. If astralis were streamsniping I would be in front line to hate them
Their coach can see. Dumb thread /close
Even if they were not using it to cheat they need to be warned at the very least. There is 0 reasons to have the stream open during a match, since you cannot prove ill intentions the solution is to just punish ANY TEAM that has it open for whatever reasons so as to be fair to everyone.
Theres like 4 people behind them, and any one of them could easily watch the stream, not to mention they have their phones out, and the possibility of outside communication is there.
Now I doubt they are cheating, they probably did not, however, this makes this situation acceptable, and other teams might follow and actually cheat
I think every big tournament organizer should have AT LEAST 5 MINUTES of delay on their stream... so teams could have the streams on and it wouldn't make ANY difference, this bullshit would finally be irrelevant (nowadays with the current delay I already believe there is nothing to benefit from, but with 5 minutes, it would make stream sniping 100% irrelevant).
They should be banned for any elite tournaments for atleast a year.
I am sorry, even if they do not use it they should respect and not use phones/TVs to watch stream because even the slightest of info can shift the balance of all.
it all started when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Aimer, master of all four Weapons, could stop them, but when the world needed him most, he vanished. A hundred years passed and some shitty org discovered the best talent, an awper named s0mple. And although his aiming skills skills are great, he has a lot to learn before he's ready to win majors. But I believe s0mple can win a major
esic will probably issue a statement
while s1mple played against CIS coach-cheaters bug abusers, Vitality cheating by themselves
2) why is it so fucking hard just not to open the stream of the match that you're fucking playing especially if it doesn't give you ANY advantage at all as everybody's saying
There is a 6min delay in Blast (3 rounds or so). Blast have the cams and all the voice coms from the coach, the staff, the players. If they did anything wrong, they would have been punished. They didn't hence they did nothing wrong, the TV was on only for 1 or 2 min and instantly shut since probably a guy in the other room just realized he shouldn't leave it on.
The CEO of Vitality already talked about it on twitter and addressed the issue. There is nothing against them.
Stop trying to gossip or revive dead accusations.
Someone from the Vitality staff could be using that info and tell the players, I think it's just unacceptable. Like c'mon, why the hell would you have a TV with the stream nearby when you're literally watching the guys playing LIVE from their PCs.
