Who will win? I believe Dustin is going to show something cool tomorrow, but knowing how good Conor is...

Diamond looked hella nervous in press conference and at weigh-ins. Conor somehow managed to get into his head without any trash talk.

Oh i havent seen them... interesting.
I wouldn't have expected dustin to get nervous, but i guess their has tome be something to it, when everyone says he already knows conor can shut his lights out pretty quickly.
Also gotta admit the Mc's aura most likely is intimidating af right now. I mean somehow even tho Conor is humble right now he just seems so above it all. Just commin their with his whole family basicly being on vacation and talking about lookin forward to eat pancakes with his son after the fight :D

gotta agree.. somehow.. this version of friendly and insane focused Conor seemed to be scarier than motivated Conor..

it is in abu dhabi dude, but they are literally fighting early morning... i dont know how the fighters are handling it... but i guess everything for american tv
well its because both fighters of the main event are huge stars in USA, so they are looking to sell more PPVs, it makes sense

Nah , you can't just learn how to wrestle over night , and Conor's takedown defense is good enough
Only chance that Dustin has , is to survive first 2-3 rounds somehow and then win on endurance in later rounds

Porier should win
Conors ground game is abysmal, Poriers is atleast passable, and Porier has been fighting much more, and against higher level opponents overall, while McGregor has only fought Cerrone in the last 2 years since his loss to Khabib.
Im more excited for Hooker v Chandler, a lot more implications are riding on it atm. Eye v Caldera should also be a banger.

it is. You look at every time hes ever been taken down the control is never in his favor, and He actually only has 5 successful takedowns in his time in the UFC, 1 against Diego Brandoa (WHO?), and 4 against Holloway. Fair credit if modern Holloway, but this was in 2013, and Holloway also avoids the ground in general. Plus all of his losses come via sub. He current sits 5-9 in takedowns, and while his takedown defense is good, once he is taken down its basically the end for him. 2 of his 4 losses come from an absolute no-namer and Joseph Duffy, all via sub. He also only holds a single sub to his name over Dave Hill (WHO?). The only people he has ever had any ground advantage over was an absolute no-namer, and Holloway who was still a rookie at the time all things considered.
McGregor is abysmal on the ground change my mind.

The thing is , Dustin has no grappling and will not be able to take him down. + Conor's takedown defense is solid
This will be a standup match and Dustin will either get KO'd in first 2 or win in later rounds on endurance ( we all know that Conor crumbles in later rounds )
But I predict Conor KO first 2 rounds

well he took him down but didn't keep him nor had any control so it was useless
I wasn't expecting those vicious leg kicks from Dustin which in the end decided the fight so fair play to him

ill admit I was surprised his ground control was so weak, but Dustin just had Conor outplayed. I was more let down by the Hooker/Chandler fight. I thought that was gonna be just a dogfight but Hooker looked scared the entire time.
the odds on Dustin is insane 3:1 against Conor, I'm not counting Dustin out he's a hella of a fighter considering his previous few performances wins beside Khabib. Conor on the other hand seems to be the same old Conor always expecting a lefthand but kinda unpredictable considering his only recent fight was against Cerone.
But by saying that, this friendly and focused Conor seemed to be scarier in some perspective compared to motivated Conor. SO, we'll be in for a treat, Dustin might smash Conor up like a dog fight but Conor may very well sleep or knock him down easily with the left hand.
Def hard one to call but I'm rooting for Conor, also I'm picking Chandler to win over Hooker
