i’d swap cold 2017 and olof 2015 but that’s extremely debatable good list +1

Yesn't You can judge how much influence a player had during a specific moment of time. Just like how Pythagoras is decorated to this date, despite solving basic math problems (in today's standards).

I'd argue s1mple in 2018 was anything never seen before. Sure, ZywOo is really fucking good, but s1mple in 2018 was just another beast. Simply put, s1mple showed us how good can a CS player be. He set a standard so high that we now expect him to drop 30 every game, and if he doesn't, we think he had an off day, even though he's insanely consistent.

they also won 4 and got smashed by the best team to ever grace cs 3 times barely a 'choker' team if you count the other 2 events where they lost to faze and mouse, two teams who peaked at this point of the year and then returned to being non-tournament winners

s1mple 2018 is the greatest peak anyone has seen in CS. He put up massive stats while having to compete with arguably the greatest team in CS (Astralis 2018). There's barely any argument against it.

ZywOo (2020) much lower cuz firstly, he absolutely wasn't dominant and top 1 was 50/50; secondly, random online year Others are accurate
2021-01-22 23:35

50/50 is obviously not true, since Hltv proved why they picked zywoo second time and saying now at 2021 that online is somehow random is soo biased and stupid.

They picked zywoo because he had some more mvp's. Hard to win MVP's when you come 4th due to team.

the worst 3 are definitely GTR’s second and cold’s 2... so switch olof and cold and I agree GTR’s first could be considered more dominant than #4, but it’s also that his team was insane.
