My self improvement grind

Decided I was gonna use my time in quarantine productively and start working on myself. I'm gonna start off by doing push-ups and sit-ups to failure every morning at 5 am, along with doing 50 squats and increasing by 1 each morning I do it. Then I’ll take a 20 minute jog around the neighborhood to improve my cardio. I’ll start eating fruits (I hate veggies tho) along with my meals. I’ll also become much more committed to counter strike as I need something to grind in (online school won’t help me at this point). I’ll keep you guys updated if I don’t get 10 yeared in the process. Wish me luck

shouldnt be? running 10km takes max 2 hours if you are slow than the rest maybe 1-2 hours the thing is can you actually do this without destroying your body? running 10km each day + the other

Supposedly the 10 km run is what fucks you up. The rest isn't that hard. (Never tried it tho, cuz it's a shit workout routine)

I can only imagine how it feels. My "personal record" was about 40-45 once when i was studying in university. I noticed when you extremely want to sleep, you become careless. How do you survive without sleeping for 3 days straight? Energetics, pills? It's unhealthy man.

It happened to me in League of Legends. I was ranked in the top 1000 players in Brazil and I knew I would need to make it in the top 200 to have a shot at becoming a pro. The skill gap between top 1000 and top 200 is huge, it would take me a lot of time and effort to make the jump and I wasn't willing to put in the time since I was so close to graduating and had to move on with my life and etc, so the smart decision was to quit at that point.

If you start doing all that at once you'll be fed up in a week. I suggest starting with one thing, jogging is good for that, maybe also eat fruit, and when you're comfortable with doing that regularly start adding to it. Remeber - "anybody can get it, the hard part is keeping it, motherfucker"

Don't overdo it in the beginning as that will burn you out. Personally I recommend doing push ups before every shower you take. That made me go from about 20 good form ones to now over 50. It's all about consistency long term.

Playing CS without reaching getting paid for it is always the opposite of self-improvement. Nobody will really treat you better for playing good CS as far as I know. Just play it casually from time to time with friends if you dont have the talent to go pro. You will never regret any exercising though. As somebody who lifts and run for 5 years I advice you to to learn as much as possible about your workouts, internet is a great tool for it. You can get body that I worked on for 5 years in 2-3 years. I dont know about getting up that early, isnt sleeping from 0:00 to 8:00 ideal as well ? I guess you have to sleep trough the night and keep your sleeping time the same over and over for best results to your health and well being.

My advice is to skip all the "self improvement" shit that you read online. Workout 3 times a week, eat fairly healthy, hang out with friends once in a while, maybe read a book or two. You'll be poggin'
