blameF(lurk + second caller)
aleksib(IGL + support player)
stavn(rifle + trade + secondary AWP)
brings a good mix of aggression, high level tactics with excellent IGL + lots of individual skill. To explain some of choices-
aleksib is self-explanatory. Straight up the best IGL outside of karrigan and gla1ve. imo I would even place him somewhat higher than karrigan, because aleksi literally has never worked with aimstars. The best players he's had are mantuu, sergej and valde, who are hardly world-beaters. More importantly, his teams have easily exceeded the sum of their parts, which is pretty wild. Give him actual top10 players, and you suddenly get a brilliant team. karrigan and tabseN could contest this spot, but karrigan has that problem where he seems to stall out after about a year on the roster- aleksi seems to only grow. That, and aleksib is younger than karrigan, so in the long-term he is easily one of the best investments in CS.
blameF is also pretty self-explanatory. He's the best role-player atm, and I feel blameF > ropz individually. That's not to mention the fact that blame is held back by having to also IGL. With aleksib's micromanagement, he could be much, much better. Outside of that, blame also has a ridiculous clutch %, which ropz is a little lacking in. He can match out the aggression of his teammates, and help close the gap in those 4v5s and 1vXs.
syrsoN is also the best role-player available right now. Straight up godlike awper, probably one of the best AWPs outside of the god2. He has been extremely consistent, and unlike broky or mantuu, has a very high impact rating. I would place him over both mantuu and broky, because he has less experience in T1, plus longevity(mantuu has wrist problems). I don't think there's any real contest to his position atm. All other awpers are unproven(acoR, sexpower), older(HEN1, kennyS), or IGLs(cadiaN, Jame).
Building off of the previous core, now its a bit more contentious. aleksib likes a lot of double and even triple AWP setups, so there needs to be a really good flex player, which imo stavn is the best at. There are very few compentent secondary AWPers, and the only major players of this kind are NAF, KSCERATO and to some degree- HEN1. More often than not it ends up being the IGL who picks up the second AWP. I feel stavn is extremely high potential, given he's so young, plus he's proven in T1 now, so I've got him down for this role. He's also a pretty good LAN player.
YEKINDAR is I probably the most controversial pick, but I stand by it. He's a "true" entry so to speak. A lot of players like electronic and EliGE, though they have extremely high first kill %, also somebody to bait for them- boombl4 or stewie in each case. Those are the players who'd be willing to just throw themselves into a site, even dry peek, and give their teammates the space to play. There's also the idea of picking arT, but then the issue is that arT is an IGL, and his playstyle revolves too much around him, and its not something aleksi could work with well. Overall, YEKINDAR is high-skill entry, so I would pick him. If rain comes back to being peak rain, then rain goes here.
