He has freedom of speech what are you talking about? Look towards Russia to see what no freedom of speech looks like, where Putin’s political opponents gets arrested.

If you’re talking about Twitter banning trump, then Twitter is a private company that can choose to ban anyone from their service.

I partly agree with you. But the thing with Russian Opposition is like that *Twitter bans Trump Google disallows the the path for Washington during the protests. -they are private companies, they do what they wont Russian companies ban Navalny - no freedom of speech

There is a big difference between a private company choosing not to allow someone not to use their service, and a government arresting an opponent of the ruling party.

When Yandeks and VK blocked Navalniy ( private companies) it was a dumpster fire. when Twitter does so, no problem

It’s completely fine to disagree with twitters decision to ban Trump just like it’s okay to voice your disagreement with VK (if they banned Navalniy I didn’t know). That’s what freedom of speech is, people voicing their opinion and if enough do it maybe companies like Twitter and VK change their policies.

It's so cool that a private company can use political censorship and still consider itself a platform, isn't it

What’s funny is the right always fights for the rights and power of companies, (remember: companies are people too, my friend) yet cry when said companies actually uses their power against them. Trumps mistake was putting all his eggs in one basket (Twitter), he was still free to communicate through the White House’s own webpage or use his own mouthpiece (Fox news).

What's even funnier is the left-wing liberals advocating for open society and freedom and speech, but when a company that dominates the social media channel bans someone over purely political reasons, they say it's fine. And when Parler, an alternative social media platform emerges, it gets shut down by Amazon Web Services, again over purely political reasons. There's currently an oligopoly in the web industry with liberal left leaning CEOs, and they pose a real threat to the future of free speech on the internet.

It seem you don’t understand what freedom of speech is, being banned from a social media platform doesn’t mean you don’t have freedom of speech, going to jail for your opinions are (unless you threaten people etc). There are plenty of right wing media out there, they are usually just not as big or successful because they are cesspools of the most hardcore right wingers. Maybe if right wingers were more successful in the media world they could challenge Twitter and Facebook, but most of them are clueless.
