they can check economy or tactics from previous round even without delay. Some player was banned by ESL last may for doing that (he was watching stream with delay). His name EmilShe1n, you can check. Also, there's so many ways to cheat with that

Its ez win for astralis. 99% its gonna be vitality and they will be tired. So it is 2-1 for astralis. I would say vitality wins on normal day but today after a 1 bo3, it will be very hard but possible when you have zywoo.
