The issue with the d0cc situation was that Richard Lewis felt no guilt for ruining the career of a 18 year old. Saying that my assessment is over exaggerated means nothing when it is a subjective interpretation, but I referenced Smooya because he agreed that the situation was wrongful by Richard Lewis, as he utilized falsified evidence and did not apologize for his heinous behavior. I can't think of one person besides Richard Lewis and Thorin that agree with his delusional take against d0cc. If Richard Lewis had more experience with CSGO he would know that d0cc behaved normally in game and his skill was an undeniable byproduct of playing thousands of games, but because Richard Lewis is awful at the game both mentally and physically he failed to realize d0cc's talent, that is something anyone given the details would agree on.
University of Newcastle is a shit university btw no wonder this guy is ashamed to display it on his linkedin LOL but at least he was employed with Dextero, a news site with incredible articles like "xQc rages as Star Wars Battlefront stream snipers cost him wins" and "10 best Fire-type Pokemon in history: Charizard, Entei & more." This isn't news, this isn't journalism. This is something worse than Buzzfeed, and the reason nobody respects video game journalists, because the entire field is a joke
The IBP situation is one that Richard Lewis takes rightful credit for, but anyone could have compiled this information based on the sources he had. At the time, people already suspected IBP of this match fixing so someone would have instigated the news article against them if he didnt. Furthermore, Richard Lewis wasn't especially brilliant or innovative for this article, he was just lucky
