I agree but you can find some good skins in white, like Tuxedo, WhiteOut, Franklin. Tuxedo or whiteout are particulary cool with stickers too.
And also, you can't find too much white because at start, Valve choosed skins in function of the color of the map for the collection.
Beige on dust for example. They even choose some patern like on Nuke.

it could be cool if the skins does not look like well worn in factory new...
If you want the white skins to be accepted, you probably have to added pearlescence to them. Eg. Print stream is a white skin, but was probably accepted because it has the pearlescent shader

I think that it's a very good early start, however as I assume others have pointed out few white skins actually get accepted by valve. That aside I think it could benefit from a little more simulated texture. Maybe you could give the colors a holo effect like the Disctech skins? Or you could maybe give the white a pearlescent effect like with the printstream skins. Anything to make it look less like a wrapper around the gun you know? Anyways as a first effort is quite good, and this comes from a guy who doesn't like flashy colors. 5/8

I kinda like it, gives a summer vibe, like something a character in some 80s miami setting may use as a gaudy looking gun. Reminds me a bit of the Aug death by kitty skin as well with the colour choice, which might be an issue for valve if you want it to be accepted into the game. That aside though, I think its a nice looking skin, could look even better if you can match the way the pattern flows a bit better around the main body of the weapon. It looks nice on the silencer and on the grip, but the breaks in the pattern along the edges on the body of the pistol make it look more stuck together, which is a shame with a flowing pattern like that. Not a bad start at all if you haven’t been making skins for long. You could maybe experiment around a bit with different skin surfaces like a shine like on the aug death by kitty, although i also like the more matte look. I think the colours are dark enough by the way, could even look a bit more washed out, otherwise the contrast with the white will be too stark

I like the idea but the execution looks a bit rough. The little part on the side (the one that says USP-S TACTICAL) doesn't fit in with the rest of the gun.

maybe it's because I'm a sucker for bright coloured skins, but despite valve and what people say here I really like the white background and the contrasting colours on it. I hope valve takes in this skin, but I really hope they take it with the white background, not a cream or beige one

appreciated , the white parts could be a problem for valve to accepted it, according to several HLTV users.
5/8 pattern is good but the color looks like you slam the white backround with the pattern. Looks good from the side but not from the POV, change the pattern color to be more vivid and as for the view from the POV try to do something like USP-S | Neo-Noir maybe follow some of the pattern color and backround color from there ofc not all you should be able to do this using your creativity. If you need help figuring out which color to use just mess around the colors and find the one you like.
