He's so good he plays in two different teams!
In Portugal it's pretty common to have the same first + last name as someone else.
That's why we also keep our mother's last name, and usually have another first name.
in portugal and brazil we have lots of common surnames(like for example smith in usa/uk)+renato is a common name too,i'm surprised that there aren't lots of players with the same name/surname,i only remember mad lions with 2 rasmus and 2 frederiks
