yea twistzz was always insane aimer. I actually think liquid will regret this decision and i hope some tier 1 will pick up twistzzz like he is one of the most underrated players just cause he was forced to be entry fragger on liquid... Just check his streams, hes easily still shitting on everyone even in EU FPL

I guess since Renegades are in the Kato play-in, dexter probably will be in Europe if aussie government doesnt change anything.
And yeah, mouz would probably let karrigan go before contract expires, but you never know how orgs approach these types of situations and what teams are interested in karrigan.
the way they are playing now kinda feels he is leaving.. no one is pumped, no smiles and no aggression as we saw when they played last few series in 2020. I guess karrigan leaving is pretty done deal and they are just playing with no pressure.

Bruh you can't make 4 players on your team the star players lol. Someone else has to step down and twistzz was him. Sure getting grim wasn't the best idea, but most of thaat was prob from the GM.
Sure he's "bad" or at least his stats are, but I mean expected from a hard entry.
Really the only thing you can say he was bad at is calling, but it's getting better with FalleN
the 2019 player break really sent him in a downward spiral, I'm not checking the stats but based on the eye test the single player who truly continued the pre player break form was elige, naf was still good but pre player break he was easily top 5 while post player break he was barely top 20,
stew and nitr0 were borderline top 20 but post player break not even close
twistzz pre player break was also borderline top 5-7 but post player break barely top 20

I watched a while ago, but Stewie used to let him bait him and Twistzz never did much with it. Stewie's been taking flack from the community for bad performances, it does kinda sting to let someone bait you and they never do anything with it while you're taking flack for your performance.

as he himself said, he was kinda slowly caged into that role throughout 2019 without realizing it
before that he used to be able to go aggressive when he wanted to and he clearly said he WANTS to be let to do more than he was in Liquid lately
its different from a case of baiting to make the game easier for you

And what I said is literally true, just go look at old VODs, especially on Overpass. This is literally what they did. Saying "no...?" doesn't change what's true and what's not.
You can make an argument that since Liquid has the switched roles around that Twistzz has done his job well, but I'm not gonna sit here and argue about reality with you...

im not talking about previous rosters
in liquid, he had impact as a bait but it was also the best way for him to have impact
letting elige trade you cause you know he does it efficiently and consistently
and i dont know if twistzz has done his job well realistically
i like the player for his extreme mechanical skill and i do think he has shortcomings beyond that
but he has never been much of a baiter as in someone who plays with the intent of baiting
if he was set up to play in a way that makes you think he's a baiter, fair play to you
but the only real "bait" setup in liquid was the stew-elige entry duo imo
EliGE was "baiting" him since stew was first entry and EliGE mopped up.

You new to the game? Twistzz was support not 2nd entry like 2018. Stewie was baited for someone else not twistzz, Twistzz was the one throwing flashes so that enemy is blind and stewie doesn't die.

Every support sucks, that's their role. If you were ever the last player to enter a site you would know.
Either your team already killed everyone and farmed stats or they all died and you're in an impossible clutch.

When you realise that even entry fragger is a role which has better chances to frag than support, that will be the start.

There are ways to shine as a support, look at Xyp9x. He just didn't do well in it on any measure. Twistzz is supposed to be the clutch player.

It's a waste of talent tbh. You don't just give roles without thinking who is better suited for what and that's what liquid did.
As for Twistzz he did clutch. When he could but u could see him saving most of the times cause the team made a call to save.
If you do all that to a top10 player in the world and expect him to play as usual, idk what to say.
Taking your example, imagine if device was support and xyp9x star player. Would you like that? Cause that's what liquid did with Twistzz.
As for ur opinion, if you make a comment like #29 ofcourse it's gonna be valued less, cause you never saw everything I typed above and what's wrong with liquid setup.

Flukes happen, short term results prove nothing. And Liquid wasn't able to maintain it in longer period of time.
I used to be a liquid fan back then, the consistent number 2 is being downplayed but everyone was getting thrashed by Astralis and Liquid was the only one who stood a chance. Thanks to Zews as the coach utilizing the star players.
Then Astralis ran out of gas and that's the only reason Liquid achieved something at the end of the year, not because of stewie offering tactically something invaluable xD
And you can see the starting of next year when Liquid got beat around by random teams and lost their position as the 2nd best team in the world. Soon, Covid came along and then it got even worse when Liquid couldn't even maintain to be the best or even the 2nd best team in NA. Getting beaten over and over by Furia and occasionally by EG? Lol.
But well, if you believe in 1 fluke over year long 2md best team. It's your opinion, a stupid one but you're entitled to it.

they asked him about faze and he said reporters are really good at gathering secret info true but he is not ready to confirm those rumours yet

Twiszt is a good player if the team around him plays well, he doesn't really have an influence on his team and brings no energy.
However when liquid had their run he was unbelievable.

Faze and OG would be the best choices for him for very different reasons.
Faze best short term, OG best long term (assuming OG keep a strong IGL in the team).

1.Twistzz multiple times when stewie joined the team said he was main support and was giving more space to stewie
2. Liquid roles played out naturally Naf and elige aren’t support players so when grim joined it was left to twistzz and stewie which makes sense I don’t want elige or naf to support they are much more consistent than twistzz
3. If all you got from that interview was everything was stewies fault you have a hard time comprehending what he was saying his role was reduced as said above but grim is playing his spots on ct and at the global finals he did more than fine in fact he was insane for most of the tourney.
4. Lastly twistzz is a great player and liquid and twistzz will both benefit from splitting but hltv idiots love to blame stewie for everyone who gets kicked from tl when if that’s the case he wouldn’t be on tl they are a team and responsibility relies on the whole team not just stewie

You can't just blame this on Stewie since every player on the team except for him was a star player - Grim, Elige, NAF, Twistzz... all insane riflers. Three of them were top 10 players in 2019 and Grim has the potential to be up there in 2021. You have 4 players who can be star players, but the way roles work in CS doesn't allow for all of them to play what roles they want to. Plain and simple.
However Twistzz suggested that he wanted to try being a main AWPer for the team which was an interesting idea and I wouldn't be against that.
