I got in the habit of sleeping 00-8.30 and it's been great. That said, when I had absolutely nothing to do during the day and there was lockdown out, I forced myself to go to sleep at 3am and wake up at 11.30pm just to have less time to do shit during the day.

? I am a student still and it is online so there's that... Don't know why you are talking down about it, you were probably kicked out at 18 and resentful about having crap parents. Honest;y it is stupid to kick your kid out at 18 and make them pay rent etc and therefore staying poor for a good 10 years. and I probably have far more wealth than you do so it's pretty comical to see you saying that.

If you're a student then you have all the more reason to work hard. Sleep on time. Wake up on time. Also depending on your education, you should start working as well at an early age. Get a part time job or smething. Lots of benefits are attached to doing something like that. Also, nope. I decided to live on my own because I didn't want to live on someone else's expense & make cringy threads on HLTV. so yeah, there's that. You should be poor at the age of 18-28 rather than waste your time on stupid online forums asking other kids with single digit IQs about their sleeping patterns. Don't count your parent's wealth as your own. Softy..

You're literally on hltv too so great argument. I didn't count their wealth as my own, I made it myself fully as any student could without needing a part time job or any other waste of time. "didn't want to live on someone else's expense" all but confirms what I said about non loving parents. "You should be poor at the age of 18-28" 0/8 sad that you think that way. surprised that you aren't american. They have a reputation of kicking kids out at 18, making them waste money renting and making them juggle studying and a job. A good reason why they are generally considered a total joke by many societies.

I'm not asking people about their sleeping patterns or questioning why school starts in the morning, lol. How old are you son? I know you said you're not 15. I highly doubt that. Care to explain how to make money without working as a student? Would love to know that. Are you counting saving your weekly allowance as making wealth? My parents are very loving that's why they have allowed me to choose my own destiny, earn my own bread. You wouldn't get it son, coz either youre too young or have zero self respect for yourself. If you're so happy being such a self controlled person then why did you get all wound up here? As I said before, it's the people with crappy alcoholic parents etc who kicked their kid out at 18 who say stuff like this to cope. I stand by what I said, that telling your kid at 18 to go juggle studies and a part time job and rent is what parents with 0 financial literacy say and it is a way to stay poor for 10 years all because you can be a "responsible adult". lmao you can do all of those things and still live with them for a few years to build up wealth. you have your entire life to live alone and by yourself. Whether you do that at 18 or 24 will not matter regarding self development, but make all the difference in terms on wealth.

That's just how it is, when there is no purpose for going sleep in time and waking up in time. When you have a job with consistent schedule, guess what? It makes you do get to sleep in time and wake up in time, like a magic spell. Have none on that and there is nothing tangible that guides your schedule.

only way I found to have a sleep schedule was by doin exercises and lay down tired at the end of the day, which make my sleep better and therefore i woke up more excited and feeling disposed. but due to pandemic and lockdown im kinda like u rn
