Disclaimer: this is a very serious research that shouldn't be taken serious. This is NOT a bait, daddy Jon E. be merciful pls
As an user pointed yesterday, the crying-price formula is out-dated. This is a serious issue, therefore i'll try to do something about it.
Spotting the issue: 1
1. The original thread found the price of 10 liters of tears, which is quite odd because who tf knows how much crying 10 liters is equal to ? I propose finding the price the average people will pay for their tears each year, considering the countries.
2. idntspeaklodon (the original blog creator) did NOT take in consideration the players/teams favorite of people. For example, it's known that s2mple fans spend at least 15 liters of tears every year in 20th of January.
3. I love Jonathan E. and Dimitri
The average person will cry 64 liters of tears during their lives. neatorama.com/2014/11/12/Water-Filled-Ch..
According to Mr. Idntspeaklondon, "tears consists of water and 0,9 gram salt per litre".
Therefore, the crying price formula should be 64/A x (0.9 x S + W) where:
A = life expectancy in the country
S = price of 1 gram of salt
W = price of 1 liter of water
and thus we have the crying price for year. We know that the price of water and salt are different for each region in each country, but we can make some approximations . Here is some of it calculated (G8 countries):
France: 0.35 €
Italy: 0.38 €
Germany: 0.32 €
United Kingdom: 0.34 €
USA: 0.37 €
Canada: 0.31 €
Japan: 0.32 €
Russia: 0.29 €
And of course, multiply everything by 10 if you are a s2mple fan. You can do your own calculations based on the prices where you live ! Feel free to suggest improvements for the formula.
Have a nice day !
