Lower FPS after Beddy FPS Guide?
 |
Sweden rtardnumerouno
So I just built a new PC, I only download GPU drivers and standard windows updater drivers, nothing else. Got 775 FPS in CSGO ulletical benchmark. Then I followed the Beddy FPS guide, setting everything to prioritize performance. For some reason the benchmark now gives me 600fps? what? thats a 175fps DECREASE after following a "fps increase guide"?! anyone else experienced this? specs : ryzen 5600x, 3060 ti, asus b550-f gaming, 3600mhz 16gb ram.

that sounds though
2021-01-27 01:08
The fact that you need to put it in an fps tracker just shows that you don't need higher fps.
2021-01-27 01:09
sell it and buy new one
2021-01-27 01:10
700 fps damn why you need a boost Anyways panjno's fps boost still works,it actually made it run on my celeron laptop and i got +70 fps(230-300) on my new pc with gtx 960 4gb and r5 3500x

i could play on 240 but i feel like 200 improves vision in turn reducing mouse response, imo its worth on my 120hz
2021-01-27 02:34
only 600fps?? LMFAO what a nerd 😂🤣😂🤣
2021-01-27 01:46
600fps and crying, 90 % of the community would be satisfied with even like 40% of ur fps

In my experience that benchmark doesn't really reflect in game performance that well anyways
2021-01-27 02:14
idk how it affects fps but the nvidia low latency mode is shit for me, feels laggy and stutters

yeah its not good if your fps isn't shit

System by system, works great for me now but when I as running a 1080ti/8700k I did get stutters, especially in smoke.

but its not useful in a use-case like csgo where your fps is sure to be much higher than refresh rate. Nvidia low latency is mostly useful in addition to gsync or vsync

Sure it is...It still gives you less input lag by cutting the maximum prerendered frame to be effectively <1. Obviously you will see "the most benefit" when using it with vsync or gsync but that is an oxymoron in the scope of CSGO where you have no business using either of those settings in the first place.
2021-01-27 03:19
I have steady 250-300(fps_max 300) but its still shit
2021-01-27 19:10
undo some of the "fixes" and test again repeat until max fps

+1, then post here the real "fix".

Who knows, maybe the 1% lows are higher in a real game scenario

play on 800x600 ez fix
2021-01-27 19:12
when i completed my setup a week ago and installed cs freshly with zywoo config and just some minor detail changes in video setting i got 650fps with 5600x rtx 2060 and 16 3600, i did some fps boosts for windows and cs and now iam on 550 :D so the best is just clean install win 10, download the drivers and leave it . just setup nvidia settings and play i think that is the best. this fucking tutorials only hurts your fps if u are already having high fps
