but its not useful in a use-case like csgo where your fps is sure to be much higher than refresh rate. Nvidia low latency is mostly useful in addition to gsync or vsync

Sure it is...It still gives you less input lag by cutting the maximum prerendered frame to be effectively <1. Obviously you will see "the most benefit" when using it with vsync or gsync but that is an oxymoron in the scope of CSGO where you have no business using either of those settings in the first place.

when i completed my setup a week ago and installed cs freshly with zywoo config and just some minor detail changes in video setting i got 650fps with 5600x rtx 2060 and 16 3600, i did some fps boosts for windows and cs and now iam on 550 :D so the best is just clean install win 10, download the drivers and leave it . just setup nvidia settings and play i think that is the best. this fucking tutorials only hurts your fps if u are already having high fps
