bro my best was lvl 5, now im ~900matches level 2. its so fucked up i feel i need alt account. Gold novas make an account, they get lucky and gets lvl 4-5 instantly, like tf.

Play positions that have the most impact (mirage mid/conector ETC) So that you have the biggest impact.
Play a lot of dm and practice aim as much as you can(low elo players suck at aim duels)
Don't bait because I see a lot of people complain that they are stuck in "ELO HELL" and that they are carrying hard even tho they never go in first and most of their kills are exit frags.
Also don't flame tilted team = loss

You can bait, but make sure you make verbal agreements with your team. Stuff like "let's peek together" or "go in and I will trade you" and every time call nice try or something positive when they actually listen to you. Teamwork is crucial and even minor things like these will win games. Either play a complete anchor on a site or as you said, play positions with high impact.
Switch up playstyles, like you can be aggressive as CT with your team in mid, pushing two people with flashbangs over connector, or double peek into palace from A. Stuff like this. Make agreements with your team and stay positive.

I played faceit solo up to 2400elo. Not that hard if you have a brain, however you do need to grind some.

I love the game too and my dream is to become a pro eSport player, but at the end of the day, it's a team game.. if U don't have a team to practice with, it's gonna be very hard to get on a high level...
