Hi HLTV, my name is Ilya ( stands for I Love You All :p ) and I just wanna vent...
So I've been playing in a 5stack recently and we are doing... mostly fine, I guess, but I still feel underappreciated ):
So 4 of us come from the same country and the 5th guy is a foreigner but we all speak the same language so its fine... Thing is, said 5th guy is one one hand really good, hard carrying us at times, but at the same time he has a ego so large it's probably classified as a planet.
In short, despite net positive contribution to the team, he nonetheless makes me frustrated with how much he rages at us, at our enemies, at anything really... when all he does is bait. So I'm the support player on my team, I play all the shit roles and sacrifice myself when necessary. Since I play unpopular positions my DPR is low, as is my KPR, but that is to be expected of someone playing my positions. I'm the guy who wins all the clutches for my team, so it's not like I'm a low impact player - the opposite, really... but guess what our toxic, baiting 1.40 KD 5th guy thinks? THAT I'M THE BAITER. Yes, I, the person who holds bombsites alone and does literally everything to help out my teammates am the baiter... He says this with no hint of irony, while literally screeching "U GO F1R5T" every round, then crying that we are losing while he has a 1.5kd...
What do I tell him to get him to understand my frustration, how do I get it through his thick skull that the guy doing everything for his team is decidedly NOT the baiter...

You must talk with those other 3 that he's being an ass and ruining the fun (if you guys play for fun).
If those 3 are tryhards too... better leave I guess.

If someone is very toxic i dont play with hom anymore , he can be face it lvl 10 or w/e
simple solution, kick the fifth and watch your performance go up. Negative energy in the team brings everyone down, no matter how skilled he is.
Kick him even if you are trying to compete and win as much as possible, it's better to have good team chemistry then deal with people like that.
You and 3 your teammates should tell him that he's idiot sometimes and he should work on himself and watch a lil bit of pro matches

I used to have a mate like this...honestly kick him, the point is to have fun on the game.
Also, you should all tell him about it together and see what he answers
You will probably perform even better with a nicer mate. Your whole communication and teamplay is probably blocked with this guy.

kick toxic teammate or disband :/
you and the other 3 should bully him hard and rage at him every time he screws up. if he misses a shot and dies all 4 of you should scream at him that he is trash, pinpoint his every mistake etc. do it in 1-2 games then ask him how he feels about it. if he gets triggered tell him that's how all of you feel when he's being toxic. even a retard should be able to learn the lesson.
if he only rages at you and the other 3 are okay with it then consider leaving. doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, it's simply not worth it imo. find better teammates.
