oskar has always been a good player, of course he does well against a team like sangal. The reason he was kicked from most of the teams he was on was apparently not performance related

U r wrong buddy. Oskar have left or have been kicked out of top teams because of his attitude. And we are not talking about refusion of practice but about negative attitude he had.
In czech lang, he also made many interviews, where he said he is in position when he does not enjoy the game at all and he plays only for money. He also mentioned cs:go should be remade bcs hitboxes are not correct and sound of AK makes his head hurt which triggers him.
So from my personal POV, he just had to take a break. None of us can imagine practicing and drilling same game 8 hours/day not getting bored or even so, enjoying the game itself.
