i am not tatsumii‘s alt, but im a huge fan of him and his work in promoting the legend of KOBRUH to this community. sadly he got 10 years since hltv mods (who are huge device fanboys btw) can’t handle the fact that kobruh is simply much more skilled than all of astralis combined.

My guess it was most likely the inspiration for the name. The user had a Japanese flag and talked about anime, after all.
