It's a tradition for us :) Sadly I wish media was more free and less related to big corps... It's not conspiracy, it's truth, even though media is a trustable source and not a tool of propaganda, it could be better.

"even though media is a trustable source and not a tool of propaganda" lol actually I agree, French newspapers (lemonde, idk about others) aren't bad compared to others, actually it's legit good. Stories about COVID vaccine, the nasty yellow vests protesting and destroying stuff with "no reason" stated, and urgent sanctions needed vs russia and so many others read like propaganda however.

Realistically; you can get 1-4 years in prison if you insult president (directly from penal code) but idk if doing that extends into other things or can definitely give you that penalty.

I don't think so, during Marica Rajoy government they approved a law which is basically censorship. Literally the other day a rapper ranted the "King" and he got arrested. I don't see Perro Sanchez abolishing it any time soon.

no of course you will bring your evidance and you will go to courts or even to european court i dont remember its name correctly. Even if that wont help in the next election he wont be selected. And if he is still the leader after the election then it is time for you to check your opinions about him
