Some lessons I learned: work out, don't just lose fat, it looks worse than being fat, it'll fuck up your body.
at 85kg I have some bodyfat but I'm strong I deadlift 2x my bodyweight, I OHP over 80% of my bodyweight and if you looked at me, you'd say, this mother fucker lifts.
Use a TDEE calculator for calories, eat 300 less than that and still work out with at least 0.7grams of protein per lb that you weight so 100lb = 70g protein a day
It's a life style change, if you just starve yourself (as I did for first 40kg) it'll never work, if you want to improve your health and how you look, you need to work out, use myfitnesspal to track what you eat and just know what you're putting in your body every day
how much you actually weigh doesn't mean anything, you will look A LOT better and be a lot healither at 85kg than you will at 75 or even 80kg just losing weight.
