Yea it's not only for csgo, csgo is main game but I like a fast pc and stuff 16gb ram 3200 Ssd Good cpu and gpu combo to play other games as well

You won't get a good Cpu and GPU combo for under $1400 at least unless you go for used parts. If you really insist on building a pc go for Ryzen 5600 or 3300X, 1070ti and 3600mhz ram

right now there is a pc part shortage globally, so prices are really inflated. pre-built pc's are using this as justification to charge insane prices for bad systems, because people genuinely just cant buy shit right now. if you want it, buy it. but in a couple months you might feel a ton of remorse when the prices normalize and you see how much you overpaid

Not really. If it weren't for the pandemic the 3600 + mobo and RAM could be had for 350€ at worst. Add a decent power supply and a case for 200€, and that's overspending.... Then you could pretty much add an RTX 3070 and you'd only be over 100-150 over your budget, but you'd have a PC that would last you for at least 3-4 years.
