Yeah maybe if they would be 100% committed and play their A game but that's just very unlikely considering their circumstances.

I think Olof's statements about his retirement hint that he would come back. He could secondary call and be a great support player.
Obo I am more on the fence for. I think that Obo might get his act together and realize he made a mistake leaving complexity. I think he just got home sick and now that he has spent time at home he will lighten up and be more willing to go.
Also no transfer player is going to be on their A game (that is why they would be on the market) unless you are paying big money (which OG has shown they won't based off the original formation of the team). So yeah it has some logic to it

By good teams you mean the top 3 teams in the world Vitality Navi and Astralis which is just 1. Common for pretty much every AWPer that isnt on those teams and 2. Moving a tier down wouldnt help him build game sense for playing vs the most elite teams.
He was like 3 spots off of being a top 20 player last year. Really dont think he needs to move down lmao

Ranking him even at 25 would be pure stupidity and 100% based on stats. He's stat padding a lot with useless shit and barely has any impact when needed.
Pretty much every team in top 19 has better awper than mantuu.
Imo its stupid to let him practise on such a high level instead of making your team better and put him to practise on lower tier like everyone else did. He jumped to tier 1 literally from tier 20 and it just shows hes clearly not there yet.

Yeah stats are a pretty good indicator when it comes to AWPers cause its quite literally their job to find kills the way the weapon works. its not just padding kills either he has a very high entry and impact rate which means hes not farming kills on ecos/lost rounds.

Name an AWPer they could acquire thats better than mantuu. Hes getting consistent 1.1 ratings w/ high impact in matches vs top 10 teams, he clearly is there

This is when you know the impact rating doesnt work perfectly. Every time I watch cadian he's doing very good things. No question mantuu is mechanically more skilled but cadian just has much better gamesense.
Watching mantuu is like "Wtf are you doing you silver brain idiot, even if you got that kill you still lost the round with that retard play"
Watching others is like "Nice, great play" "Really nice try, if you got the kill that would've been round winning effort"

Of course impact rating doesn't work when it's not in your favor. Definitely not biased at all. And the only argument you have is your anecdotal non specific recall of what you think when you watch the two play which isn't sustainable in the slightest. Og fix was to get a 6 man at the start of the online era and bench issa and let him train with the team. He seems to be plaing with high ping, so now its pretty risky to remove him. Nkb is doing ok some games he pops off, but most of the time he does his job. Overall mantuu needs to be more consistant.
Most obvious one to change is ISSA. But I think It wont improve much, the problem with OG is their inconsistency.
Mantuu is quite inconsistent, he can do insane flick then whiff at another game.
Valde didn't show up on big occasions. I've seen him doing very good at group stage then flop when OG manage to reach semifinal or final.

I like the Obo move, that one makes a lot of sense. I guess if Olof has the right role on the team that could be an upgrade but I really don't see him outperforming NBK by that much. Even with Olof's better recent form, NBK has a higher rating over the past 3 months
Definitely not obo. He will end up breaking his contract and running home to his mommy. No team outside of NA is going to pick him up. He ruined his chances at that and he deserves it. He is the perfect example of why you don't sign children. +olof good though
