Many, many factors could be the causing this. F.e the best known factor is of course: Stress but if you drink or do drugs it could be an factor too... Also being on your phone 2 mins (for example) before you go to sleep could be an factor of bad sleep. Watching YT/Twitch/TV before your sleep activates your brains. Which cause you to either not sleep at all, or can extend the time it takes you to fall asleep. Edit as continuation: It can keep your brains active throughout the night. Which prevents you from coming into REM sleep.

Try not to watch any YT/Twitch/TV at least half an hour before sleep. I ofc can't advice you on stress related things but I'm sorry to hear, but don't worry, everyone has stress hahahah. Try maybe to either read a book, or article. But preferably without any bright lighting (f.e on an phone) and it will really help you! Hope I've been of service :)

Np bro. Ppl always get mad at me for some reason, glad to see you're actually open to take advice! Me neither, but practice makes perfect my man, I was the same. Untill I read one book, and it already got 100x better. It's stimulating, and reading doesn't always mean you have to remember, which makes it more interesting to read a book twice (recycle :P) but indeed! Try the no phone before sleep one, it will really help you fall asleep and keep you in a deep state of sleep for the rest of the night. Thanks bro! Appreciate it very much! <3

Don't bother them my friend people are looking to get mad at people. Most of the people are too much arrogant nowadays. Well i have focus and forgetting problems yes but i also got an another problem. That is that i cant choose a book. I mean reading romans or basicly just stories that people made up makes no sense to me. I cant enjoy it. if i will read a book it should teach me something. for example historical books. Thanks bro, Ive learned that the past couple of weeks... Sadly enough can recommend the Zonic bio, that was the first book I fully read, and the story is quite simple yet nice to read, not so many hard words and stuff. It's told from the eyes and memories of Zonic himself. Love you too bro! <3

Thanks for missing me bro, I mean it is good to hear that someone missed me :( I got a text from my teacher he said come to school you got exams to do and he sent me a photo of dates of the exams. It was almost a week ago. I was dismoraled because i didn't go to school or participate to online classes since i went to NL and come back to turkey. I had to go to NL in march 2020 when i came back from netherlands schools were closed so almost a year im not parcitipating to online classes. Which means i know nothing about my current lessons. Anyway as i said i was dismoraled because of this and i was going outside and sitting and watching nature. I didn't want to login to HLTV bro. So sorry for late reply :(
