Issa is a good player in my opinion. Maybe he can move to Serbia like coldzera or Ukraine. I think he was living in Ukraine while playing for HR or? OG should also be able to help about this

I think the biggest issue with ISSAA is his bad comms and lack of gamesense. He also does not understand that he is not the sharpest tool in the shed and keeps trying to make plays and play roles that require too much game IQ. There are some insane entryfraggers who KNOW they are not that great with gamesense and they just shut up and execute the calls of the IGL and they are very good in their roles. ISSAAs personality isnt like this so he probably does not fit in the team. I don't hate ISSAA as a player or a person but I don't think OG is the right place for him since he is dragging everybody else down. Aleksib is a good professional and gives good PR statements but I'm sure he has the IQ to do what needs to be done eventually. He was already saying things between the lines you could read as understanding EXACTLY what the problem is with OG but he cannot explicitly say it because of his position, which is totally understandable.

Aleksib is a very nice guy and of course he is not going to shit talk his teammate when the whole community is shit talking ISSAA. But the truth is OG needs some changes and a new spark of Motivation. Aleksib Does not want to kick player because of the thing they cannot control but its been 1 year and its time to do some changes and even Aleksib know it that why they say that they are having "Talks".

I like ISSA , i like the whole OG and i really like the fact that they dont wanna boot him before LANs or a bootcamp atleast cause ISSA surely would be better in a closed environment. However , even though the fact that ISSA is rated higher than Valde and Mantu this year so far (both being the stars) , his ping problem really is putting OG at a disadvantage and holding them back. Yes with the fact that its not just ISSA but rather all the OG players struggle individually from time to time but ISSA`s problems make him the most liable. The best way they can work this out is to get a 6th man for some time being in EU. OG`s filthy rich , they can get anyone. Do a bootcamp with that individual and try to integrate him in the system because i honestly agree with Aleksi`s notion that mostly OG struggle cause of their inability to click heads. Its not more of a strat problem

Also people make it sound like valde and mantuu are some god tier players while issaa is just playing like a silver.... Valde literally falls flat in terms of performance everytime OG get past groups while mantuu cant seem to hit anything at all in dust WITH AN AWP. All this while ISSAA is an anchor rofl. Not gonna act like hes an amazing anchor, but dont go talking about his stats when he has the least fragging positions from those 3. He anchors A inferno, A mirage, A Nuke and sometimes B dust. Also he has highest stats from his teammates thus far this year. Alot of people refer to him missing a flash vs vitality causing them to lose the round but they dont mention that he was carrying that game and also literally said sorry immediately. IF issaa becomes consistent he is definitly, easily best player on this team as a fragger. He can secondary awp (literally last 3 times OG played dust he awped better than mantuu) and his rifle skills = valde's rifle skills. His only downfall is the game sense which is by no means minor. IF communication is as bad as thorin said, WHICH FIRST: ISSAA's english isnt as bad as thorin said wtf? he definitly overblew that part. but no excuses can ever be made no matter what for not usefull intel, never the less thats better than no intel at all such as what mantuu apparently does. Im not fanboying before anyone says tho. I AM an issaa fan but its just unfair that all the blame is on him while everyone acts like valde and mantuu are 2 gods like s1mple and electronic. no they are both not some crazy players either, they are just less inconsistent/more consistent than issaa.

People who constantly play on low ping will never understand it. Playing with 80ish ping vs people with 20-30 is a HUGE disadvantage. Only ones who experienced it will understand. Basically every face to face aim duel starts with a disadvantage, an uber crippling thing vs high level players. I fucking admire issaa for reaching those levels facing EU opponents with this ping. He will most likely destroy on LAN.

i dont think issa has any haters, they've been playing online for a year and his ping has always been known to be the problem, it seems pretty logical to atleast bench him untill he can be useful again instead of keeping him playing just to hold them back nobody calls him trash or anything i dont think people hate on him its just the situation

The excuse holds if they were just five friends playing mm.These guys are playing at the professional level,even though the ping difference is reasonable, it's not reason enough to keep at it for so many months.woxic got benched for the same reason i believe.It's not logical enough for orgs to keep the weak link for couple more months when there's career made and done in that time.
