i really new to the crypto seen so ....i put in lik 20k last year a couple of months before the BTC breakout now i split up 50 percent into alt coins main ADA and DOT. a huge chunk in ETH. i am looking forward for ziliqa and theta vechain too. IDK lets see....but im a pretty big on ADA i read the things they're working on it looks real neat.

I mean sure real estate is obviously a really good place to invest....But for someone with not a lot of capital its not that feasible. I'm definitely lookin into mortgaging in the future but Crypto is definitely the real deal atleast from the research i've done. I'm a computer nerd i like new shit ... i personally believe in decentralization the most.

I did rent it out to private people = 50/50 chance they pay and theres a chance they break down ur house
Hence i rent it out to the government which gives me 100% certainty of my money. Its called sociaal verhuurkantoor. It basically gives ur house to new people in the country that have limited money however they act as a mediator.
Downside is they give 20% less rent but im fine with that knowing i have rent for the next 9 years GUARANTEED :)

Not my intention to discredit the Volkswagen brand by any means, and I know they have expensive models as well. Just saying a Porsche isn't a viable option if your budget is only 60k. That either gets you a shitty Porsche or a car of a different brand, like a Volkswagen. I drive a VW as well by the way.
