of course, I could to. I don't spend time and money doing that for nothing though that's my point lol. Between peak Bruce Lee and Arnold Schwarznegger who do you think is stronger, better, fitter?

stronger arnold better ?? what is even better it is extremely subjective fitter bruce

The question is: stronger in what exactly? I doubt Arnold Schwarznegger was able to do 50 one-arm pull-ups or one-finger push-ups, but I also doubt that Bruce Lee was able to squat with 240-250 kg.
2021-02-24 17:55

Stronger means being able to create more force. Arnold was definitely stronger than Bruce, not even a competition lol. Being able to do one finger pushups doesn't show strength, but low bodyweight and mastery of body.
2021-02-24 20:31
30 replies
Check Bruce Lee one inch and six inch punch at youtube, I think he had no problems with creating force, lmao. Fighter and bodybuilder have different types of strength, that's it. And I guess that's what #22 was talking about: "lifting weights mindlessly" vs "mastery of body". P.S. Finger push-ups have nothing to do with low bodyweight.

Of course it's possible if your weight is mostly free fat mass and your muscle mass is backed by real functional strength and not just useless bulked up meat. Stronger in what exactly? Fighter and bodybuilder have different types of strength.

Idk, I don't do 1 RM. My usual working weight in bench press is 82.5 kg for 6 reps. Maybe after some preparation I'd bench 100 for 1 rep, but my goal is to increase working weights, not 1 RMs.

So you are even weaker now if you can't do one-arm pull-ups anymore? Or you gained too much fat and excess water and only a bit of lean muscle mass. Anyway, doing one-arm pull-ups isn't about weighting 48 kg, it's about having enough strength to be able to pull your whole weight, whether you're lean or have excess weight, so your statement "1arm pull ups or finger push ups dont require strength" doesn't make sense, though from reading your comments I can clearly see you don't understand what you're talking about and probably just baiting.

Never attempted, never really done weight lifting as since I did boxing excess muscle mass isn't really all that useful, if anything it only hurts your speed, stamina and fluidity.
2021-02-25 08:22
The only thing i lift is my mouse m8
2021-02-25 09:06
Once I've tried 95 kg + 17 kg bar, I did 3 reps by force of my coach. I used to do my reps with 85 kg I think 70 kg - 85 kg reps are the best

I'm not going to gym atm because they're closed, I wanted to start a year ago but the pandemic bullshit began so I couldn't. I'm planning on starting working out this year, after summer or maybe even during it if the gyms get opened again. Atm I can do 0 reps((
2021-02-25 09:53
0 reps 19 75kg 2 years (wasn’t serious until a year ago) My bench is not super impressive. 1rm is only 80kg.
